Description:
The subject of the order is the planning services for the technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53 ff. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 to the HOAI basic services from the technical equipment service profile, service phases 1-9 with gradual retrieval of service phases 1-4 (level 1), service phases 5 (level 2), Performance phases 6 and 7 (level 3) and performance phases 8 and 9 (level 4). As part of the order processing, it must be ensured that the conversion and expansion of the sewage treatment plant takes place during ongoing operation and that the continuous treatment of the wastewater in the plant is ensured during this time is. The services must also be provided taking into account the guidelines for grants for water management projects (RZWas 2025, published in BayMBl. 2025 No. 135 from March 26, 2025 and at https://www.verkuendung-bayern.de/baymbl/2025-135/).
