Description:
The Free Hanseatic City of Bremen intends to award planning services for a new construction of a 3-field hall and the replacement building of changing rooms on the site of the Findorff district sports facility. The new building is primarily intended to serve the school sport of the Findorff secondary school. Use for competitions is currently notplanned. A classification as a meeting place is also not currently planned. The room program "Area standard for sports halls - Building Standards Bremen 2019" is to be used. The construction of the hall should be at least in parts as a wooden structure or as a wood-hybrid constructiontake place. The changing building "G1572" and the "G1574" toilet building are assigned to the existing ball sports hall and especially to the outdoor play areas. Both are dependent and are to be canceled. The planning of the demolition is not part of the planning services advertised hereand is awarded separately. The spatial program, which was set up as part of a feasibility study, is used for the replacement building. There must be changing rooms and toilet facilities at all times. If temporary facilities have to be set up, these arealso part of the planning services. Completion is currently planned by March 2029. The total costs (KG 200 - 600) of the measure are currently being applied with around EUR 10.9 million / gross (as of February 2024).
