Description:
The Landesbau NRW state company intends to award planning services for the replacement building of the company building with a workshop, washing hall and car hall on the site of the Beckum road maintenance department. The renovation and conversion of the existing buildings during operation are not economicaland do not allow the desired results to be expected. With the replacement new building, the operational and energetic requirements can be optimally and sustainable. The new building complex is to include the following room program: company building (administration) approx. 300 sqm (BGF), social rooms approx. 300 sqm(BGF), adjoining rooms and technology approx. 150 sqm (GABF), motor vehicle workshop with adjoining rooms approx. 300 sqm (BGF), washing hall approx. 120 sqm (GBF), vehicle and device hall approx. 640 sqm (GFGF). The start of construction is planned from 2026, the frame schedule results from the release of the budget planning. The total costs(KG 200 - 600) The measure is currently being applied with around EUR 7.5 million / gross (as of the end of 2023). A DGNB silver standard is sought for the measure. Certification is initially not provided. The construction work should be in accordance with the current building energy network (EGEN)and at least 66% of the heat requirements from renewable energies.
