Description:
The municipality of Heiden intends to award planning services for the development of a third place. The third town house is to be realized at the town hall and replace the today's meeting room with a multifunctionally usable hall. In addition, conversion and expansion measures are necessary at the town hall. The new concept is intended to include the following measures: dismantling of existing meeting room; Energetic facade renovation of the main building; Renewal of heat supply; Optimization of the energy supply (green roof with PV system for self-use); Restructures in The ground floor and basement of the main building (including barrier -free usability of the ground floor); Extension body with a citizens' hall (multifunctional and divisible and divisible - hall for the citizens - no meeting place), meeting room (also usable as a wedding room, faction room) as well a tea kitchen on the ground floor and storage areas on the basement.
