To provide, planning services relating to HOAI 2021, Part 4 Specialist Planning - Section (TA HLS) and Part 4 Specialist Planning - Section 2 (TA Elektro) for all service phases.; Planning services Building and structural planning are not the subject of this procedure and are currently advertised across Europe.; The following services are u.a. to carry out:; • Preparation of accessibility to the 2nd floor by incorporating a lift; • Improving acoustics in the meeting room by sound technology / audit loop; • renewal or optimization of the heating system; • A ventilation / air conditioning system is specially designed for the server room in the 1st floor; • Renewal of electrical installation; • Installation of sun protection systems; The aforementioned information is merely the general description of the planning performance. The final concretization takes place in the planning process in coordination with the city administration Artern.
