• Description:
• The Ulm Chamber of Crafts intends to comprehensively modernize the Ulm Education Academy at Köllestraße 55 in 89077 Ulm. The measure includes partial demolition, modernization and new construction of the existing building. A funding application should be submitted for the project be provided. The basic eligibility for funding was confirmed by the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA) and the state of Baden-Württemberg. The basis for further planning and implementation is the project sketch from the Wolf architectural firm, Heidenheim, which was awarded the contract for the property planning building as part of a Europe-wide procurement procedure (VgV). The subject of this award procedure are technical equipment services (HLS) in accordance with Section 55 HOAI 2021 for the HLSK systems and Building automation. This includes in particular the system groups: • AG 1: wastewater, water and gas systems • AG 2: heat supply systems • AG 3: ventilation systems • AG 7: usage-specific systems (e.g. kitchen technology systems, etc.) - optionally according to Requirements • AG 8: Building automation The basic services of service phases 1 to 8 as well as special services if necessary are commissioned. Die Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise, zunächst bis einschließlich Leistungsphase 3, weitere Leistungsphasen optional und depending on funding approval and project progress. As part of the planning, the requirements of the funding providers must be taken into account comprehensively, especially with regard to energy efficiency, sustainable building concepts and the use of renewable energies.
