Description:
The city of Winsen (Luhe) prepares the construction of a new daycare center in the Luhdorf district. The planned new building is located south of an existing day care center and crib. The single -storey new building is used as a full -day device for 2 elementary groups and a crib group and has a usable area of approx. 750sqm. The design takes into account that another group can be attached to the crib later. In the further course of planning, the construction concept is in terms of economy, the entire energy balance and to examine the project duration.
The construction of the Kitanes is to be completed by July 2027.
The Planning services for technical building equipment according to § 55 HOAI are awarded in this procedure. The overall measure is above dem Threshold. The client transmits the service phases 1 to including 8 for plant groups 1 and 2 and the service phases 3 proportionately (8.5%) up to including 8 for system group 3 of the technical equipment § 55 HOAI. A remuneration for the LPH 4 is only carried out for the Plant group 1. The eligible costs of the technical equipment are EUR 277,000 (without VAT).
