Description:
The Mitte district, the youth welfare office, is planning to build a new youth leisure facility for the Parkviertel region on the site at Edinburger Strasse 55. The student population of the surrounding high schools should be explicitly addressed through the construction of new leisure areas. On the premises There is currently a youth facility. The property is owned by the State of Berlin Mitte. The plot area is 941 m2.
The dilapidated and polluted existing building is expected to be demolished in order to construct a new replacement building. From the consumer To create the preliminary planning document, the requirements program (BP) from 2017 and a preliminary planning document (VPU) from 2019 are available.
