- The order includes technical equipment services in accordance with the Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 2 Technical Equipment. It is intended to phase out the service phases (LP) 5 to 8 in system groups 1 to 6 in accordance with Section 55 HOAI, in whole or in part as well as special services. Total costs (KG 200 to 600) according to DIN 276 of around €10 million gross are specified for the construction project. The investment measure consists of two sub-measures, for which separate construction planning documents have been prepared have been.
