• The subject of this award procedure is the procurement of specialist planning services for technical equipment, system groups 4, 5 and 6, including the technical systems in the outdoor facilities in the area of ​​electrical engineering (ELT) in accordance with Sections 53 ff. the Ordinance on Fees for Architects and Engineering Services (Fee Regulations for Architects and Engineers - HOAI) (hereinafter referred to as "HOAI") for service phases (LPH) 1 to 9, in stages, for the new building extension and the general renovation the main building of the Albrecht Schnitter School, Herzogsägmühle. These specialist planning services include the following system groups: - Power systems, including technical systems in the outdoor facilities; - Telecommunications and information technology systems and - conveyor systems. The services are commissioned in stages. The following service levels are provided for under this contract: Service level A: - Basic determination (service phase 1) - Preliminary planning (service phase 2) - Draft planning (service phase 3) - Approval planning (service phase 4) Service level B: - Implementation planning (service phase 5) Service level C: - Preparation of the award (service phase 6) - Participation in the award (service phase 7) Service level D: - Object monitoring - Construction supervision (service phase 8) - property management (service phase 9) The client initially only commissions the services of service level A.
