" is intended to be a web-based interface for weather forecast-based and building-specific heating control. ZThe aim is to create transparency and increase the energy efficiency of buildings. It is planned that reports on the individual properties will be generated automatically. Sensor data should be activated and visualized. The properties consist of 162 business unitsites. The properties are divided into different user groups. This results in a net floor area of approximately 1,580,000 m2. Each user group has individual requirements for the technical building equipment and energy supply. Police and fire departments are available 24 hours a dayused.
