- Technical management of the GGZ Arena Technical management GGZ Arena Zwickau The subject of the tender is the complete management of the entire complex of the Zwickau Stadium (currently: GGZ Arena) including the functional building, the grass practice area Parking and traffic areas as well as all outdoor and ancillary facilities. The order covers the complete management of the GGZ Arena and includes in particular this performance: •Maintenance and management of the lawns (stadium, training ground, Replacement lawn area including lawn heating and irrigation) •Carekeeping services including small repairs •Daily cleaning of the crew area (260 days) and operator's office (280 days), weekly cleaning of other areas, • Follow-up on match days (min. 20) and special events (approx. 150, of which 50 events are included in the flat rate, otherwise billing in accordance with Section 21 of the management contract insofar as use is necessary) •Maintenance services at a flat rate including renewal of existing ones Technology (especially up-to-date IT) •Constant on-site presence of a contact person •Weekly inspections including logging •Organization and implementation of material provision •Accompaniment of special events and match days End of event •Consumption recording using GLT meters, quarterly analysis and graphical evaluation •Media monitoring: electricity (max. 240,000 kWh), water (max. 12,000 m³), wastewater (max. 5,000 m³), heat (medium: gas...
