• Technical planning of building physics for the new building and modernization of the HWK Ulm educational academy Specialist planning service for building physics in accordance with HOAI 2021, Appendix 1 Section 1.2 The Ulm Chamber of Crafts intends to establish the Ulm Education Academy at Köllestraße 55 in 89077 Ulm to be comprehensively modernized. The measure includes partial demolition, modernization and new construction of the existing building. A funding application should be submitted for the project. The basic eligibility for funding was determined by the Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Energy Export control (BAFA) and the state of Baden-Württemberg confirmed. The basis for further planning and implementation is the project sketch from the Wolf architectural office in Heidenheim. The subject of this award procedure are services provided by Building physics according to HOAI 2021, Appendix 1, Section 1.2. The commissioning takes place gradually, initially until including performance phase 4; Further service phases are optional and dependent on Funding commitment and project progress transferred. As part of the planning, the requirements of the Funding providers must be comprehensively taken into account, especially with regard to energy efficiency, sustainable Building concepts as well as building physics requirements for heat, moisture and sound insulation including summer thermal insulation.
