The client carries out a selection process for the allocation of specialist planning services in the so -called operator model according to Section 3.2 of the Gigabit Directive of the Federal 2.0. The selection is made two -level by means of a negotiating procedure with an advancedPublic participation competition according to §§ 74, 17 VGV.
