Description:
Planning services (traffic facilities) are required in accordance with §47 HOAI for the planning of the traffic facilities and outdoor facilities as part of the new construction of the fire station in the community of Quierschied. This order includes the basic services of the aforementioned planning services in the performance phases 1-9: Service phase 1 (basic determination) Service phase 2 (preliminary planning) Service phase 3 (design planning) Service phase 4 (approval planning) Service phase 5 (execution planning) Service phase 6 (preparation of the award) Service phase 7 (participation in the award) Service phase 8 (Construction management) Service phase 9 (Property management) as well as local construction supervision Preliminary plans are available for the measures, which will be made available to bidders as part of the tender. The eligible costs are EUR 840,000.00 net.
