Description:
The University of Muenster is planning to build a new, highly specialized facility complex at Schlossplatz 9 and 10, 48149 Muenster on the site of the former Paleobotanical. The new building is used for research in the field of plant sciences and includes modern plant breeding facilities and greenhouse areas. Planned construction measures - Construction of a new hall component with 14 plant cultivation chambers (approx. 350 m2) - Complete renovation of the former acid house to accommodate additional rooms (work preparation, staff stay approx. 200 m2) - Expansion of the existing one Greenhouse areas with 7 additional compartments (approx. 170 m2) Planning scope Technical building equipment (TGA) The TGA planning services include all trades in cost group 400 according to DIN 276, with the exception of KG 460 (conveyor systems). Part of the planning includes in particular: - Heating, Ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration systems (HLSK) (KG 410-430) - Electrical systems (KG 440, KG 450) - Usage-specific systems (KG 470) - Building automation (KG 480) Interface coordination and boundaries The commissioned TGA specialist planner is responsible for the complete technical planning, the coordination of all technical interfaces, as well as compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in accordance with the current state of the art. The technical equipment of the plant cultivation chambers (chamber construction) is planned and purchased separately by the client. The TGA planner is for responsible for the development of all required media (electrical, water, cold, etc.) up to the defined transfer points. The interface planning and the coordination of commissioning are carried out in coordination with the chamber supplier and the client.
