The client intends - subject to the appropriate allocation of funding - to build the new building of the IAN on the site dThe UMG
The subject of the order is the services of specialist planning for the technical equipment of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary and electrical systems (see LP 1 to 8 according to HOAI, especially §§ 2, 3, 6, 53 to 56 and Appendix 15) including theApplication of the Building Information Modeling planning method as a special service, which is commissioned optionally or in stages according to the provisions of the contract to be concluded.
The aforementioned service area is mandatory - broken down according to system groups and costs of the individual service phasesen to price. If the contractor considers further service areas to be necessary for the final and complete delivery of the planning order, he must present this accordingly in his offer.
