Description:
As part of the concentration of the clinical uses remaining at the city center, the LMU Clinic is planning a reorganization of the clinic uses in the city center campus. The Ziemssenbau in Ziemssenstrasse 1, located next to the new LMU Clinic Downtown,should be completely renovated and partially supplemented with new components. The listed building is said to have essential existing uses of the general. Record patient care and new uses such as office and examination rooms for medical care and research, including CT, mammography,Day clinics dialysis, oncology, geriatrics, bed station acute geriatrics, medical central laboratory, general patient and personnel facilities (including historical chapel, casino), seminar / administrative rooms, standby room as well as areas for reimbursement and disposal.
Building data: external dimensions100 x 66 m, two courtyards, three to four full floors, expanded DG, partially expanded UG. Solid construction, primarily steel carrier and wooden beam ceilings.
