LMU Clinic, Munich, concentration of the clinical uses remaining at the city center location in the Ziemssen area
As part of a general reorganization of clinic usage in Grosshadern and the city center, a modern, efficient and economical clinic structure is to be created The Ziemssenbau additional medical uses and general facilities for patient care and administration.
The spatial program for the Ziemssenbau covers 10,645 m2 NUF 1-7. The plan is to renovate in two construction phases. Those required as part of the general renovation of the Ziemssenbau Technical project control (TPS) is required for services. The technical project management includes technical monitoring (TMon) (energy monitoring, regulation monitoring, building and comfort monitoring, long-term monitoring) as well as commissioning management (IBM). Service phases 3 8. Below is a brief overview of the technical building equipment of the construction project and its special features; further information can be found in the enclosed planning documents and explanatory reports.
