- Technical support services for the payroll and information system PAISY in Südwestrundfunk Südwestrundfunk (SWR) uses the “PAISY C/S” application for its payroll and fee accounting. Application operation and support of internal employees is currently ensured internally with selective support from external service providers. The infrastructure required for PAISY is managed internally. As part of an ARD-wide project, the “PAISY C/S” application should be available by 2024 be replaced by a product from SAP. For the period up to then and possibly beyond, the SWR plans to increase the proportion of external support for PAISY. The aim of this tender is to provide support services Applikationsbetrieb und der Applikationsbetreuung des Personalabrechnungs- und Informationssystems „PAISY“ an einen Dienstleister extern zu vergeben. The infrastructure for “PAISY” will continue to be operated internally. The basis for this tender is a framework agreement with a basic term of 3 years as well as two extension options for a further year each.
