• Description:
• The subject of the contract between the client and the contractor is the ongoing technical support of the website www.das-parlament.de, in particular the maintenance of the function of the system. The systems and data such as b. User accounts including roles, forms, author database, keyword database, maintenance of the interfaces to the CMS of the print edition are administered by the contractor. The contractor is responsible for error analysis, bug fixing and support ongoing operations and is responsible for the technical aspects of optimizing the website for search engines. The contractor (AN) maintains the user/editorial manual, in which the functionalities and applications and their operation are described are documented as part of editorial maintenance. The manual must always be kept up to date and must be available to the client in electronic form at all times. The costs for this are included in item no. 1 of the price sheet. The AN continues to take care of the maintenance and updates (core, extensions and security updates) of the CMS Typo3 at the AG's external hosting service provider in consultation with the client (AG). For this purpose, the contractor specifies based on the price information (item no. 2 of the Price sheet) provides an offer each time, provided the effort exceeds four hours per month.
