Description:
The performance to be provided is the technicians and caretaker services as well as the holiday and illness representation of our own house technician for the administration building Dues-Seldorfer Str. 15, 47051 Duisburg for the period 01.09.2025 to 31.08.2027. The performance is Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. To be provided until 12:00 p.m. In the event of representation of the house technology, the operational times are Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. In individual cases, calling may be necessary for additional work. The administration building of the VBG district administration of Duisburg is located in the Duesseldorfer Strasse 15, 47051 Duisburg.
Immediately in front of the building there are stops of the subway. Motorway connections are also not far away. The U-shaped building has 6 floors and an underground car park. The floors are almost identical. On the ground floor there is a bistro and a fully equipped kitchen area, which is currently not managed, a conference area as well as office space and a sanitary area with showers. There are 3 to 5 sanitary areas on every floor, tea kitchens with Kitchenette, refrigerator and dishwasher and cleaning agent rooms. The building has 2 building entrances and 2 stairwells, each with two elevators, which run consistently from the underground car park to the top floor.
