Description:
The service includes the delivery of the necessary hardware, licenses and subscription services as well as migration, implementation, documentation, employee training and the subsequent provision of a managed system service. The contractor undertakes to comply with the agreed System services are to be provided starting the day after acceptance of the entire system. The minimum contract period is one year. In addition, the provisions of the EVB-IT System General Terms and Conditions apply.
