Description:
1. Preliminary remarks In accordance with the law on the admission of refugees, late deportees and other people who have immigrated from abroad in the state of Brandenburg as well as the implementation of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act (State Admission Act - LAufnG), the admission, temporary accommodation and the migration-specific social support of the people named in Section 4 LAufnG as well as the implementation of the Asylum Seekers Benefits Act are public tasks that are assigned to the districts and independent cities as mandatory tasks to be fulfilled according to instructions. The framework conditions for this are contained in the regulation on the reimbursement of costs in accordance with the State Reception Act for the admission of refugees, late resettled persons and other people who have immigrated from abroad (State Reception Act Reimbursement Ordinance - LAufnGErstV) as well as in the regulation on the implementation of the State Reception Act (State Reception Act Implementation Ordinance - LAufnGDV). The state capital Potsdam intends to provide one for the performance of its mandatory tasks of temporary accommodation and general social care under the conditions specified in paragraphs 2 to 10 to commission external contractors (§ 10 paragraph 2 and § 12 paragraph 2 LAufnG). 2.
