Description:
The framework contract "Hourly-paid locksmith" serves as the basis for the contracting of locksmith work for building maintenance as well as repairs and other small-scale maintenance work. The subject matter is those carried out by SBH, GMH, the districts, the wholesale market, the town hall service, and tax officesr, the State Office for Education and Advice (LEB) and the Authority for the Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture (BUKEA) managed schools and real estate. A temporary framework contract will be put out to tender, which will involve up to 25 contracting companiest are to carry out their service on demand (individual order) under the conditions set out in the framework contract. An individual order is concluded with the client who makes the respective call-off. According to the framework agreement, orders of a maximum of 5,000? be placed net per individual order.
