Description: The client (AG) requires an increase in transport capacity for equalization of public transport transport. It is therefore intended in the context of an accelerated open procedure amplifier buses in the period from 10.01.2022 to the beginning of 31.08.2022 as exempted student traffic.
Due to possible change in the infection situation, the type of training from presence or distance lessons can change within a short time. Accordingly, the demand for amplifier buses can change, since then the necessary distances in the regular public transport buses can be observed. For this reason, the AG has decided to allocate a flexible framework agreement. The framework agreement is to accelerate the issue of individual orders. A right to the issue of individual orders is merely within the context of the agreed minimum quantity.
