The Frankfurt am Main city drainage agency intends to commission the delivery and assembly of a temporary storage building for the storage of replacement materials. Heavy-duty shelves are set up in the hall, which are not included in the scope of delivery. AroundTo accommodate the required number of shelves, the interior dimensions of the hall must be at least L x W 17.70m x 18.50m. The eaves height on the inside of the hall must be 6.0 m. The external dimensions are determined by the wall structure chosen by the hall builder (insulation structure, facade, supports).The roof should have a sufficient slope to ensure the drainage of rainwater (hence not a flat roof). The load capacity for snow must be taken into account in accordance with the local Frankfurt climate tables and legal requirements. Information on this must be stated in the offer. The HaIt should be self-supporting, i.e. no supports are to be provided within the hall. Sketches and further plans will be made available in the next step of the award process.

The hall should have a hall gate on the northern side (at least 3.60 m x 4m; WxH).like two double-wing doors (1.80m x 2.00m WxH).
