Description:
Award of a framework contract for the provision of external ratings, credit reports and financial data as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) as well as for further machine processing (Data-as-a-Service) for NBank. Core services: Data scope: Provision of valid rating data, financial indicators (balance sheet/P&L) & ESG scores for a portfolio of approximately 3,000 entities (focus: corporates, financial institutions, sovereigns). Platform: Web-based access (GUI) for approx. 25 standard users and 10 Analysts (including export functions & portfolio management). Interfaces: Technical integration into the bank's risk systems via REST API (realtime) and daily batch delivery (SFTP) to ensure dark processing. Additional functions: Included Press screening (up-to-date + history) and delivery of market parameters (e.g. CDS spreads). Compliance: The service must meet the regulatory requirements (MaRisk, KWG).
