Tendering of a framework agreement for auditingfor BwFuhrparkService GmbH
A framework agreement for auditing for BwFPS is to be concluded. In the event of a request by the BwFPS, this obliges the contractor to a) carry out a compulsory commercial audit of the annual financial statements prepared by the GmbH and the situationbReport in accordance with Sections 316 ff. HGB with explanatory report. In addition, there are mandatory audits in accordance with Section 53 HGrG as well as the salaries of the managing directors and a cost audit for the German Bundestag driving service division, including communication. b) Carrying out further business administrationcial audits in the commissioned individual case, the issuance of an auditor's report on the performance and results of the audit as well as the communication of the results, c) discussion of the company in economic matters in the commissioned individual case by means of an expert opinionen, d) Audit review of a sustainability report i. S.d. EU CSRD as of June 30, 2024 in the 1st quarter of 2025 including vulnerability analysis and advice on eliminating the identified vulnerabilities
