Consultant services
The required adviceng service includes significant technical and content-related collaboration in/on the above-mentioned. Topics across the entire line operation and project life cycle (analysis of the status quo, development of specialist concepts, piloting, implementation and follow-up). There are also other required servicesthe continuous contribution of expert knowledge and the transfer of best practice approaches from the GKV. Common change management instruments and methods are used and IT requirements management is taken into account. This arises when working on the aforementioned tasksIf there are suggestions for changes in relation to the organization (process and structural organization) as well as the automation potential, these must be taken into account.
