Description:
On the site of the former transmitter facility on the outskirts of Juelich and in the immediate vicinity of the Aachen University of Applied Sciences campus, a science park and innovative commercial area with around 52 hectares is to be built (hereinafter: "Brainergy Park Juelich"). The sponsor of the Brainergy Park Juelich is the Brainergy Park Juelich GmbH (hereinafter: "the AG"). The shareholders of the AG are the municipalities of Juelich, Niederzier and Titz.
The location should meet the requirements of an innovative commercial area and serve as a demonstration platform or real laboratory for the energy management of the future. The Brainergy PaAs a supra-regional lighthouse project, rk Juelich plays an outstanding role in structural change in the Rhenish lignite mining area.
The entire site is divided into three zones:
•The central building "Brainergy Hub", which serves as an innovation and start-up center in addition to office space and meeting opportunitiesn and a gastronomic offer, above all, an innovation area for room air conditioning should be included.
•The "Brainergy Business Park", which offers space for expansion opportunities and areas for company settlements with larger space requirements.
•The "Startup Village", with a focus on Gstartup and technology transfer activities, especially in the future fields of the Brainergy Park Juelich...
