Tender for general planning services for the new construction of a climate park with a natural swimming pool in the city of Brake (Unterweser) The subject of the procurement is the awarding of planning services for the planning, construction and property management of the climate park “Sponge city” with natural swimming pool in Brake (Unterweser). The project includes the transformation of the former open-air swimming pool area at Philosophenweg 8, which has been vacant since 2013, into a natural swimming pool with an adjacent climate park on an area of approx. 17 hectares, including the 3.5 hectare former outdoor swimming pool area. The contract is to be awarded as general planning services and includes the following services: - Outdoor space planning (design of outdoor facilities/green spaces); - Plant technology (wastewater, water, gas systems/measuring and control technology/conveyor systems/heat supply/building automation/usage-specific systems/power current, water treatment, pump technology, data acquisition, etc.); - Object planning (engineering structures such as buffer storage and technical room).
