Description:
The subject of the award is the operation of 5 exchange offices and 5 foreign currency ATMs at Düsseldorf Airport (DUS). Specifically, the allocation of rental space as well as the right and obligation to operate money exchange offices and Foreign currency ATMs (FX ATMs) planned in the terminal area of Düsseldorf Airport. The concessionaire provides all services in connection with the facility, operation, on his own responsibility and at his own economic risk Management and further development of exchange offices and FX ATMs to provide foreign currency services to passengers, visitors, employees and other users of the airport. This includes in particular the sale and purchase of Foreign currencies, the provision of cash in different currencies via ATMs and related services. The concessionaire is obliged to provide a high quality, customer-oriented and competitive To provide a range of services that meet the requirements of an international commercial airport and the needs of an international clientele. The services are integrated into the overall strategy and quality standards of the airport Düsseldorf and have to contribute to ensuring a consistent customer journey and a positive customer experience.
