Wheel tractor aircraft (Lfz) 1 to 15 t electric Wheeled tractor Lfz 2 15 - 30 t diesel, WDG Wheel tractor Lfz 3 25 - 150 t diesel truck tractor Lfz 3 25 - 150 t electric Wheel tractor Lfz 4 45 - 300 t diesel The BwFPS provides the Bundeswehr with various types Wheel tractor aircraft (hereinafter also referred to as vehicle) are available for pulling, pushing and maneuvering various fixed and rotary wing aircraft. The existing vehicles in the classes described in more detail below will reach their target in the near future replacement date and should therefore be replaced. The primary area of application for the wheeled tractor aircraft is airfields of the Air Force, Navy and NATO at home and abroad, but they can also be used at appropriate airfields in areas of deployment of the Bundeswehr. The aim of this procurement procedure is to conclude framework agreements for the delivery of wheeled tractors and aircraft. Each lot will have a framework agreement with a framework agreement partner closed. The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of framework agreements for the delivery of wheeled tractors and aircraft in five lots with a term of 6 years.
