- The subject of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract that regulates the supply of food. The subject of the service is the location-specific delivery to all of Vitos Service gGmbH's facilities, as well as Self-catering stations in the Vitos subsidiaries, with food and drinks that are used in commercial kitchens/station kitchens. Vitos Service gGmbH can use the contractor's entire product range for this purpose. The Vitos Service gGmbH uses the commercial kitchen menu ordering system from OrgaCard. The foods listed in the service list and to be priced by the provider represent the majority of those used by Vitos Service gGmbH Foodstuffs and were created as an extrapolation of the required goods based on the recipes and calculated on the basis of the expected catering participants. Vitos Service gGmbH awards the service in lots, divided into subgroups are divided. For more information, see Chapter 3.3 Lot-specific requirements. A bidder can bid for several lots at the same time or only one lot.
