The order includes the manufacture and delivery of a mobile emergency power system with 450 kVA output on a tandem trailer.
Tender for the production and delivery of a mobile replacement network system
The Pinneberg district is the lower disaster control authority (UKB) for disaster control responsible for the entire district area. In order to maintain the power supply in the event of grid failures for important facilities in conjunction with other mobile backup systems (NEA), a mobile backup system (NEA) should be installed on a tandem trailer with an output of at least 450 KW (PRP) - max. 550 KW (PRP) must be procured and maintained. The NEA feeds into the low-voltage distribution of the respective facility. The client currently has an NEA with 250 kVA (manufacturer Polyma, built in 2022, "grid parallel" operation possible) and various NEA with 200 to 250 kVA from the THW (manufacturer AVS and Polyma, built in 2022, Operation "grid parallel" possible). The tendered NEA should be able to communicate with the aforementioned NEA from Polyma via a data interface, so that parallel operation of several systems at a common connection point is possible. The facilities lead to the common Operation provides automatic load balancing and corresponding load adjustment.
