Description:
Award of public transport services in local rail passenger transport (SPNV) of the express line "RE 5 Cuxhaven - Stade - Hamburg" (Lot 2) and the regional lines "RB 33 Cuxhaven - Bremerhaven - Bremervoerde - Buxtehude", optional: "RB 34 Bremervoerde - Stade" (Lot 1) and "RB 39 Lueneburg - Soltau" (Lot 3) for the period from December 2027 to December 2037 (plus an extension option for up to two further years; RE 5, RB 33 and RB 34 [RB 34 from December 2028]) or December 2028 to December 2033 (plus an extension option for up to two further years; RB 39) by the LNVG, the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg and the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen; Scope of services approx. 4,290,000 train kilometers/year. For the provision of the service, the vehicles to be used as well as certain preventive and corrective maintenance services are provided by the LNVG in lots 1 and 2 provided. In lot 3, the vehicles are to be provided and maintained by the future operator. The services will be awarded in three lots with a lot limitation regarding lots 1 and 2 in the form of a surcharge limitation in accordance with Section 30 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 VgV. The award of the contract in lots 1 and 2 cannot be applied to two companies that are related to each other in accordance with Sections 15 ff. AktG.
