- A test bench is required to investigate the hydrogen permeation and the bursting of FRP inner tank structures. The specimens will have a specified internal diameter (
1.714m) and be in the form of a semi-tank, i.e. a cylindrical part 850mm long and an isotensoidDom (510mm height) and thus a total length of approx. 1360mm. The contour is specified. The test bench is operated in different configurations for the two test scenarios of hydrogen permeation and bursting of the inner tanks.
