Description:
The subject of the contract is the execution of experiments based on a specified standard operating procedure (SOP) as part of a validation study for a deiodinase-1 activity assay (DIO1-SK assay), including the Service components as described in the tender documents. The individual test steps are in accordance with the methodological specifications set out in Appendix A and the work packages as well as taking into account the principles of the OECD In-Vitro Method Practices (GIVIMP) to ensure comparable examination conditions and a reliable evaluation of the results. In order to achieve reproducible results from the tests, a maximum of two contractors will be responsible for carrying out the tests underlying performance required. The service is therefore divided into two lots, the scope of which is identical. This procedure is necessary for purely technical reasons. Main part (1): Research laboratory services (73111000)
