SERVICE CONTRACT
for testing safety-related building equipment in accordance with the regulation on the recurring testing of safety-related building equipment
testing of fire alarm and building radio systems in accordance with BbgSGPruefV
The contractor undertakes the work in Annex 1_20231006_anlagenkataster BbgSGPruefV Lots 1-6, which are parts of this contract,
inspections of the client's technical facilities.
It should be noted that in 2024 only the ventilation systems (excluding the air conditioning systems
in Schiffbauergasse and Pappelallee 4) are to be checked . From 2025 sind all named and advertised systems must be taken into account in accordance with the respective due dates for recurring tests in accordance with BbgSGPruefV.
The contractor is responsible for providing the necessary workers, vehicles, charging and auxiliary devices as well as disposal services. The implementationis carried out on the basis of individual orders, which are carried out electronically via the client's tradesman link.
Testing of natural smoke extraction systems in accordance with BbgSGPruefV
The contractor takes over the components of this contract in Annex 1_20231006_Plant cadastre BbgSGPruefV Lot 1-6are listed
inspections of the client's technical facilities.
