• The service includes the recurring testing of the lightning protection system in accordance with DIN EN 62305-3 (VDE 0185-305-3 / VDE 0185-305-3 Supplement 3) of the economic entities (WE) and their companies listed in the inventory list in Appendix C-03 of the tender documents associated buildings in the Munich (MC) directorate (state of Bavaria). The business units are primarily used as administrative service buildings. The tests carried out must be recorded in a test report. Testing the lightning protection system is for visible defects and mechanical strength, in particular: - Compliance of the type of use with the lightning protection class (SK) and the existing drawing documents - Proper integration of any modifications or dismantling into the lightning protection system and their consideration in the drawing documents - arrangement of the air-termination devices (mesh, rod or protective cage) for effective protection of the building, including any roof structures such as chimneys or building services systems Cable material and compliance with the minimum cross-sections according to DIN EN 62305-3 - secure fastening of air-termination and discharge devices as well as compliance with maximum distances from holders or fastenings - sufficient number of conductors (mesh size) - if possible, installation depth of the lightning protection earth, possibly based on construction drawings - compliance with specified or added approximations - any existing surge protection devices for tripping and correct installation - sufficient contact surfaces of Connection points - Corrosion protection with regard to the selection of components when connecting to other materials (copper roofs) - Corrosion-related cross-section reduction - Continuity measurements of all connections and connections of air-termination and...
