- Recurring inspection of the stationary electrical systems Testing of portable electrical equipment The services requested as part of this procurement procedure are the recurring inspection of the electrical engineering Systems and the testing of portable electrical equipment at the Westdeutscher Rundfunk locations in Cologne, Bonn and Aachen. The currently valid regulations and rules apply. The tender is in divided into two lots. Lot 1 includes the recurring testing of the fixed electrical systems at the aforementioned locations. The aim of the test is to determine the effectiveness and operational safety of the systems. All checks are done in accordance with the DIN VDE regulations, primarily DIN VDE 0105. Lot 2 covers the testing of portable electrical equipment. The contractor carries out the complete inspection of portable electrical equipment in accordance with DIN VDE 0701 / 0702. Furthermore, the contractor recommends to the operator a test period based on a risk assessment for each device in accordance with the Industrial Safety Ordinance (BetrSichV) and TRBS 1111. The contract begins on September 1st, 2026 Basic term of two years planned with an extension option for a further two years. The maximum total term is four years.
