The core content of this tender is the provision and subsequent operation of a text chat solution for anonymized communication (customer employee of BA).
During the contract period, the contractor must (to) provide the following non -optional services:
Provision of an anonymous text chat - either as a cloud -based SaaS solution
(Variant 1) or via an exclusive hosting (variant 2)
• Starting with the provision and initiation (work performance - technical acceptance by the BA, if necessary, with the provision and establishment of exclusive hardware for the BA (variant 2)
• Subsequently, operation / care and support / update security concept, if necessary, using hardware provided for the BA.
