Description:
The city of Dueren intends the combined new construction of the daycare center at the primary school south and the OGS "Suedschule" with five daycare groups and four OGS groups. A separation of the two furnishing units is mandatory when planning. A mixing of the children, their parents and staff is to be avoided. An important objective lies in sustainability -oriented planning. Overall, a space program of a net area of approx. 1,200 sqm daycare center, a net floor area approx. 1,000 sqm OGS and approx. 1,200 sqm outdoor area can be implemented. The project is currently The specialist planner services for the TGA are now to be awarded with all the circuitues in LPH 2.
