Description:
The subject of the award is the planning and specialist construction management of the technical building equipment (TGA) for the renovation of an existing building (sports function building). The services include the electrical, plumbing and ventilation system groups.
The scope of services includes the inventory survey as well as the Planning in service phases 1 3 (basic investigation, preliminary planning, draft planning) and 5, 6 and 8 (execution planning, preparation of the award, object monitoring) according to HOAI.
Since this is a renovation, there are currently no plans to submit a building application (service phase 4 is omitted). Service phase 7 is taken over internally by the awarding authority. In addition, the order includes the creation of a thermal insulation certificate/
Energy certificate for energy-efficient renovation
of the sports function building as well as the planning and coordination of media access (drinking water, Sewage, electricity, internet/telephony, data technology) possibly for the sports function building and for another multi-functional building on the sports facility.
The awarding takes place in two stages: first the service phases 1-3, then the service phases 5,6 and 8.
