Description:
In the future, the treatment offerings from the existing hospital locations in Merheim, Holweide and the Amsterdamer Strasse Children's Hospital will be concentrated in one location on the City of Cologne's health campus in Merheim. The goal is to provide efficient and needs-based health care by reducing duplicate structures, promoting centralization and specialization and at the same time improving economic efficiency.
The construction project on the Cologne-Merheim health campus consists in particular of the construction of a new building complex, which in turn consists of two units. The details can be found in the tender documents. The TGA planner takes responsibility for planning all technical system groups with the exception of special medical technology. As As a special service, the TGA planner provides energy advice and creates a holistic energy concept for the health campus, including any intermediate and interim states during the implementation of the health campus construction project covered by the contract or at the same time Preparation.
