Description: Planning of the new building of the inter-company horticultural training center in Bad Zwischenahn-Rostrup, specialist planning service for technical building equipment (TGA).
Award of TGA planning services for the new construction of the ÜBA horticulture in Bad Zwischenahn-Rostrup. The Lower Saxony Chamber of Agriculture is planning 3 exercise units for horticulture and landscaping and one exercise unit for production horticulture.
For production horticulture, 2 special greenhouses are also required, one for training and another for growing the necessary plantings.
The area approach for each garden and landscaping hall area is 240 m2, a total of 720 m2 is required.
As storage rooms for tools and equipment, 25 m2 are planned per hall area, in addition 30 m2 are set aside for the necessary open storage.
