Maintenance Terminal 3 Frankfurt Airport - Lot 1 "Mechanics"
Lot 1 - Mechanics
The subject of the tender is facility management services in the area of Terminal 3 described below.
Fraport AG, the airport operator of Frankfurt Airport, is building adjacent to the current oneThe new building of Terminal 3 is on the premises of Frankfurt Main Airport.
With Terminal 3, one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe is being built in the south of Frankfurt Airport.
19 million passengers will arrive here every year after the completion of three gates and the main terminal building- and leave. The overall completion of Terminal 3 will take place in Q 3/2025 and flight operations will begin for the 2026 summer flight schedule (SFP 26) in Q 2/2026.
Terminal 3 consists of the following building parts:
-Main terminal building (THG) including the control building (building 050 , 600, 601, 602)
-Pier J (Bldaude 605)
-Pier H incl. apron control (building 606)
-Pier G (building 607 608)
-Passenger transfer system (PTS) - station T 3 (building 624)
The services are advertised in three lots:
This Lot 1 includes the mechanical trades in the plant inventory of Fraport AG Frankfurt am Main Airport:
-Doors/gates/barriers
-Roof surfaces
-Sun protection systems
-Cable systems
-Access systems
-Compressors
Lot 2 includes the HKLS trades in the system inventory of Fraport AG Frankfurt am Main Airport:
-Ventilation/smoke extraction systems
- Drainage system
-drinking/service water network
-heating/cooling network
