Description:
The AWO Niedersachsen gGmbH plans to set up a new part of the building in sections and the energetic upgrading of the remaining existing building of the clinic for gerontopsychiatry in several construction phases when operation. After completion, the entire building consists of A new building (approx. 65 % of the gross gross area) with 5 stations of gerontopsychiatry and a renovated old building (approx. 35 % of the existing area): office use and a remaining station. The total usable area is around 4,800 m2, of which approx. 2,600 m2 in the new building.
