The above publication serves exclusively to provide the information required for the client in accordance with Section 20 Paragraph 4 VOB/A. It does not contain a request for expression of interest. This is an intended restricted tender according to VOB. Federal Chancellery, Willi-Brandt-Strasse 1, 10557 Berlin Type and scope of service: Thermal insulation composite systems according to DIN 18 345 As part of the construction project to renovate and modernize the entire roof area of the nine-story building of the Federal Chancellery, approx. 260 m2 of curved wall is to be insulated with ETICS. This includes Delivery, assembly as well as plastering and painting of the wall surfaces in the so-called trough area. The trough area represents a round, lowered roof area within the roof of the line building. To carry out the work, a Construction site equipment area set up. Material is transported exclusively using the crane provided on site. In individual areas of the existing roof, work must be carried out exclusively using personal fall protection equipment (PPE). The trough area can be achieved without the use of PPE. The ongoing operation of the building will be maintained throughout the entire construction period. Please understand any possible disruptions.
